URGENT: Thursday Camp 4-8PM

Similar to Wednesday, the Thursday schedule needs to be changed to the evening block, 4-8 pm.

The district has been changing Mr. Brown’s mandatory new-hire orientation schedules fluidly, so he has to change up the band schedule. It is completely understood that this may mean that some student cannot attend.

Please pass the word if you can.

Seeking Corporate Sponsors REVISED

UPDATED AND REVISED on JULY 11, 2018:

Here is a great way to support the band! A local business or even a large corporation can sponsor us. In return for a donation, the business will receive a variety of recognitions and promotional considerations, in different media and venues.

Fall 2018 Schedule REVISED

Attached is the REVISED schedule, in Adobe PDF format, for you to download and print.

Some changes are bound to happen. For example, for July 11 and 12, the district rescheduled Mr. Brown’s orientation, so he had to change up the rehearsal schedule at the last minute. He was apologetic, and totally understanding if some students could not make it to the changed rehearsal.

Students will need to keep their ears open and do their best to convey these last-minute changes. We are also working on the technologies which will help us spread the word more effectively.

7am-Noon Rehearsal
Noon – 12:45 Pizza Lunch (provided by Feed the Band Committee)
12:45-1:00 Parent Pickup
4:00-5:30 Rehearsal
5:30-6:00 Parent Concert
6:00 – 8:00 Student Pool Party at the Hamilton Pool (parent boosters paying for student entry fee)
